ELDOA workshop
ELDOA is a series of Myofascial stretches that relieve pressure around particular joints and spinal segments and increase blood flow in the body. It is similar to some types of yoga with focus on holding a posture and breathing. ELDOA can normalise disc bulges, reduce degrees of Scoliosis, increase flexibility, improve muscle performance & tone, normalise visceral function and reduce stress!
